“Excellence Just Got Even Better”

Having previously stayed in various other locations around the island (but never a resort) we keep returning to Casita Blanca because it ticks all the boxes that we need ticking. We have just returned from our most recent stay and feel compelled to share our appreciation of the property and our hosts. The location is rural, tranquil, and central for anywhere on the island; airport, shops, restaurants, coast, and other attractions. Although a car is helpful, it is not essential as there are bus stops a short walk away. The property is spacious for even four people. It has two good sized bedrooms, with plenty of storage and comfy beds. There is a sumptuous leather 3-peice suite in the lounge area, in front of what is probably the best TV set-up we have found in any holiday let (wide-screen TV with UK channels and quality sound-bar). The bathroom, although not especially roomy, has all you need, especially the walk-in shower with lashings of solar-heated water. Throughout it is always in superb condition, showing no signs of wear and tear in fabric, fixtures or equipment. A very high standard of cleanliness is maintained and linen is well chosen regularly replaced. We always choose to hire the hot tub, which is available for a reasonable additional charge. It is impeccably maintained by Dave who cuts no corners in honoring his obligation to provide a safe and hygienic facility. The pièce de résistance, however, is the new kitchen. This has replaced the former, much less generously proportioned one, which, we always agreed, let the property down. The new kitchen has taken space from what was previously something of a 'dead' area and utilized it to provide a modern, fully fitted, well equipped and lit working environment. Dining space is available at the breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen, or on the spacious patio outside. The hosts, Julie and Dave, have always had a totally professional approach to us as their guests. A high priority is given to communication and accessibility, so that in the rare case of an issue, it can be dealt with swiftly. No effort is too much to ensure we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their commitment to providing top quality accommodation, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement never fails to impress.
