Getting around

We have 6 bicycles on site that are free for guests to use. We have identified 2 bicycle routes (a short route and a longer route). A handout with the bike routes is located next to the reception desk. We have maps showing the location of Waterland by the reception desk and there are signs with directions to Waterland around Negombo. The concierge can arrange local transportation by air-conditioned car, air-conditioned van, or by 3-wheeler/tuk-tuk for you.

Interaction with guest

Your villa is one of 5 villas on the estate. There is a large English-speaking staff on site during the day and there is always at least 1 English speaking-staff member on site during the night. The staff check guests in, check guests out, carry luggage, clean the villas, do the gardening, assist guest with transportation, print flight boarding passes, ... There is a concierge in a separate building on site. There is an Intercom in to facilitate communication with the concierge. The staff are available to assist you, but will not intrude upon your privacy.
