Best location with views from the South facing over Burriana Beach. The property itself has a well equipped lounge / dining room, serviced by a well fitted kitchen, washing machine, iron, security safe etc etc. Many people prefer this apartment for long term rent because of the well equipped kitchen and large terrace with a 180 Degree view of the Mediterranean.

Completely renovated. Spacious and cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Air condition in both bedrooms and lounge. Located in one of the most picturesque residential areas of Nerja, hanging from the cliff overlooking the popular beach of Burriana. Kitchen: Eat well furnished and equipped with fridge freezer, vitro ceramic oven, electric kettle, toaster and varied cooking utensils. Eating area seats four. Lounge: Very bright. Castilian type furniture. Magnificent sea views, Burriana beach, mountains and other urbanization. Private terrace: Very wide. Magnificent views. Sun from morning untill evening. Not many apartments in Capistrano Playa have such good sunny conditions! Especially convenient during winter when you can enjoy sun and warmth in the afternoon when the rest of the complex is in shade. Shower that will refresh while taking pleasant sunbathing. The furniture in the terrace will allow you to take relaxing sunbathing. Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and wardrobe wildcard. Balconera access to the main terrace. Magnificent views. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Bathroom: With bath.

A highlight: It is located on the upper part of urbanization so enjoying stunning views. Easy access from garage, almost no stairs. It's sunny all day, both winter and summer.

Pool: The resort has 2 different campuses. In one of them is the pool for young children. The main pool is located on the terrace that surrounds the restaurant. The terraces around the pools are spacious and sunny. Ideal for taking long sunbathing. Find umbrellas and sun loungers.

Parking: Underground parking reserved for residents. Security: The security guards work every day. Distance from the beach: Walk trough a beautiful garden to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Note! Many stairs since the complex is situated right on top of the beach. If you want to drive, you are at the beach in less than 2 mn, and will not have to cross the town. But if what you want is to forget the stress of the year, you have chosen the right place, and you will not have to use your car, you can access the beach via a staircase running through the lush tropical gardens of the resort. Supermarket: Supersol is just 5mn drive. It is open from Monday to Saturday (summer also open on Sundays) from 9 am to 9 pm. Offers free home delivery. Burriana Beach: Wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Dive Center. Water activities varied. Rental of sun loungers. Nerja Center: Only 15-20 mn walk to Balcon De Europa.

You can always contact Isabel if there is anythin you need during your stay or if anything happens that needs her attention. Before arrival, I will send you a welcome letter with information about how to get there, Isabels phone numnber and other vital information you need in order to kmake your hoilday as pleasant as possible. We have a number of people who return to the apartment year after year, and especially long term rentals during the winter months are popular due to the sunny conditions and the well equipped apartment.
