Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in the popular centrally located Acapulco Playa complex. The development has beautiful communal gardens and swimming pool, which overlooks Salon Beach and close to all amenities, so therefore a car is not essential,

Situated in a superb quiet location in the heart of Nerja Town, just a stones throw from the Balcon de Europa and Plaza Cavana. This apartment has a large front terrace with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, mountains and the Balcon de Europa from both the lounge and main bedroom.

Accommodation includes an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge with 2 sofas, ceiling fan and patio doors opening onto the large terrace with a table and four chairs.

Two bedrooms, the main having a king size bed and the second a double bed, each having two side tables with lights, wardrobe, wall mirror and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two also has its own private terrace overlooking the side tropical garden, also with a table and two chairs.

One bathroom with walk in shower, WC, vanity unit and mirror. Electric point for shaver or toothbrush.

Kitchen includes, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, washer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, and all other equipment.

Lovely flat with everything one needs. Spotlessly clean. Close to restaurants and beaches yet totally quiet. The owner is very helpful and responds immediately to questions.

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
