Description
First time on the letting market, this newly refurbished and modernised ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in the popular centrally located Acapulco Playa complex. The development has beautiful communal gardens and swimming pool, which overlooks Salon Beach and close to all amenities, so therefore a car is not essential, but there is a small secure private car park.
Situated in a superb quiet location in the heart of Nerja Town, just a stones throw from the Balcon de Europa and Plaza Cavana. This apartment is located on the west side of the complex and has a terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and a view of the sea.
Accommodation includes an open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge with 1 sofa and chair, ceiling fan and patio doors opening onto the terrace with an outside table and two chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed and two side tables with lights, built in wardrobe with a mirror and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom include a walk in shower, WC, vanity unit and mirror.
Kitchen includes, fridge, full ceramic hob, microwave with a grill and oven feature, washer, kettle, toaster, and all other equipment.

“Great location”
We stayed in September 23. All I can say a very relaxing week. We had stayed in a different apartment in Acapulco before. The apartment was clean and tidy. It had no air conditioning but the roof fans were very good. We didn’t use the cooking facilities apart from the toaster. It was very quiet sitting on the veranda. The book in the apartment needs updating as the Wi-Fi details were wrong. But was easily sorted. All in all would certainly return and a very comfortable bed.

Great location.Fab restaurants..v cheap in comparison to France.Lovely clean appartment. Washing machine and cleaning/some cooking essentials available...also sun loungers.A real bonus. Lovely morning sun till about 10.30 then shade for the rest of the day and evening. Could be chilly at night but no duvet included only cover and small fleece blankets!

“Even if the weather lets you down, location, apartment and everything else was great”
Everything you might need is supplied ( although a welcome pack with tea, milk, bread and butter would have been excellent.....had this at other lets) The apartment was very clean. Access to beautiful gardens was easy ( over the balcony!) On the hot days ,having a cool apartment was highly valued. On cool evenings it was impossible to work out one of the heaters ( I think a computer literate child would have managed but not me!) thank goodness for the other heater. A stones throw from all the Easter festivities on the Balcón, without the noise when you went home. Over all to be recommended to any one or two planning a long or short stay in fabulous Nerja
