The street is very quiet, you will not be disturbed by the noise of bars and nightclubs. Very close to the town centre, the nearest beach is 15 min walk away. Facilities: supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, gym, private tennis court, kids playground, pharmacy,

This apartment is ideal for 4 guests. Exceptionally, we can admit 1 or 2 extra guests for an additional fee. When you book, please, fill in the total number of guests (including children).

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.

Living room: sofa bed (for 2 people).

Bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plates. Everything is electric, so you don't need any gas bottles.

Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.

Air conditioning / heating.

Private Parking. Please note that the places are not attributed. If the parking is full you can park you car in the street, it is a free of charge area.

You have access to the communal wifi for free. Wifi is provided by Edificio Almijara, we are not responsible for its speed, security, maintenance or any other technical issues.

For short stays (less than 1 month) we provide:

- 1 set of bed linen / bed.

- 1 bath towel / guest.

For long stays (more than 1 month) we provide:

- 2 sets of bed linen / bed.

- 2 bath towels / guest.

If you travel with a baby, please bring everything you need for the baby (baby cot/linen/towels etc) with you. We do not provide any baby equipment. We do not charge any fees for your baby's stay (if he/she does not use our regular "adult" beds/bed linen/towels).

When you check out, we don't expect you to leave the apartment cristal clear but we do expect that you respect our work and keep it, as well as the bed linen and towels tidy and in acceptable condition (you have all the necessary to do a quick cleaning from times to times during your stay). Please note that you are not booking a 5 star luxury hotel, you are booking a self catering apartment.

The rental price includes normal use of electricity and water. Please, turn off the lights, water and air conditioning every time when you leave the apartment.

The clients are responsible for all keys/access cards whilst they are in their possession and for their safe return. Loss of any keys/access cards while in your charge will occur a 100 EUR replacement charge.

The clients are responsible for the security of the property at all times whilst in possession of keys/access cards and for the safe keeping of all items of the apartment.

We require a security deposit.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00.

If you arrive after 22:00, we apply a late check in fees. This late check in fee is payable on your arrival. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Please note, in order to comply with the local regulation, before their arrival, all the guests are required to send us a copy of their national identity card or passport, so that we could establish a rent contract.

Check-out: before 11:00.

While booking, please, give us your cell phone number (with your country code) so that we could contact you if necessary. Please, make sure that you can receive and make phone calls in Spain.

Mycket bra område att bo på. Lugnt och fint. Rent och fint i trädgården och väldigt bra med pool och tennisbana. Toppen helt enkelt

“Our 3 months in nerja”

We stayed at the apartment in Calle Picasso, Edificio Almijara 2i ,the apartment was clean but a bit dusty could have done with a good wipe over before we went in ,the balcony and the table and chairs were covered in a thick dust and could have been easily remedied with a quick wash down but was left for us to do, the kitchen cupboards also need a good wipe out so we ended up washing them all out and washed all the dishes also that done we could relax and enjoy our stay to be fair the apartment had a good selection of kitchen equipment and cudbourd space for us,after our first night the pillows were not that comfy so bought to new ones all perfect after that, the apartment block was situated top end of nerja below the new carefour must say it was kept absolutely spotless by the janitor come gardener and handyman, there was a few locals living there but all very polite as where the people that came and went throughout our stay there, used the bus service to travel all over Andalusia and it was spot on the local beaches where excellent, as for eating out the restaurant and tapas bars where excellent and the vino from the Andalusia region was superb the blanco and the tinto faultless beautiful walks to suit everyone, I think the apartment could do with a bit of an overhaul to freshen things up but for what we paid for the three months i can’t grumble to much.
