Lovely apartment situated in a villa with a separate entrance.
All newly refurbished and equipped. Patios , bbq, pool, hot tub in garden and lots of privacy.
Bedroom is a split room with one entrance , one is a double bedroom and a single bed in the latter.
Sofa bed sleeps 2 persons .
Lovely views and proximity to beach, center and supermarkets minutes away.
Due to COVID-19 we would like to assure our guests that the sanitizing measures of the apt continue to be of the highest standard

“Great location with amazing views”
My partner and I stayed at Helen's house for 4 night and we had the most amazing time. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the outside area is so relaxing. Helen was a fantastic host and did everything she could to help us out during or stay and was very friendly. We hope to be able to come back again some time soon !

Considering we could not go due to air bridge being removed and were not eligible for a refund and Helen the owner would not accept our dates for next year, just kept our money, it wasn't the best experience we have had.

“Perfect Holiday Apartment”
Excellent luxurious apartment that has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Having a private garden with a view, pool and hot tub were definitely so much better than a stay at a hotel. Helen was on hand to answer any queries we had but not intrusive at all. Lovely living areas but it was the outside areas that sold it to us. 5 mins to supermarket and 10 minutes to a beautiful beach. No hesitation in recommending this little gem.

Response from the owner Thank you for your kind review. By the way. you booked for 2 people, and had 2 more adults join you for most of the time. You did say for two days.I have never had 4 grown adults stay, always families with 1 or 2 children.

“Amazing apartment”
Had the most amazing weeks stay we cannot fault the apartment the pictures do not do it justice and is extremely spacious with a good size outdoor space and everything you need.The area was lovely and quiet,5 minute walk to a large supermarket and a short walk to burrianna beach where you will find some lovely bars and resturants the paella bar is a must.!!! Helen was there if needed but not intrusive at all and gave all the privacy needed.Two lovely chaps came once and cleaned the pool and garden which Helen informed us in advance.The pool and hot tub were an added bonus which we used everyday.We cannot praise the apartment enough and will be back 100% next year if Helen will have us
