Lovely views and peaceful location, yet close to Nerja centre. This fully air conditioned house is situated in a peaceful residential area and has beautiful countryside , farmland and mountain views. It is in an ideal location , within walking distance of Nerjas many amenities yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia, the best of both worlds !
Casa Chillout has undergone complete renovation and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout.
The kitchen is very well equipped with quality integrated appliances and granite worktops. It has a dishwasher, fridge and full size oven and hob. Outside there is a utility room housing the washing machine and a further large fridge freezer.
The lounge is air conditioned and has a very comfy sofa and flat screen TV with lots of tv channels to choose from. There is a dining table with seating for 6 people.
The main double bedroom has aircon and a large built in wardrobe. It also has a lovely balcony with stunning views, perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of vino or two.
The second bedroom again has air conditioning and a range of fitted wardrobes. The twin beds can be made as a super kingsize double if you prefer.
The third bedroom also has aircon . There is a single bed and the option of a pulldown single bed if there is a 6th person.
There is a bathroom upstairs with shower over the bath and a further shower room downstairs with walk in shower.
Casa Chill out boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front with a barbeque, dining table and undercover seating area. Sunbeds are available for your use. It also has a patio area at the back of the house with dining table and chairs. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. In addition there is also the main bedroom with its own balcony and again with magnificent views.
The property is in a lovely well maintained urbanisation with beautiful gardens and 2 lovely swimming pools. There is a bar/restaurant and well stocked shop just a short walk from the house, also plenty of free parking. If you don't want to hire a car , we can organize a taxi transfer from the airport for you. We also offer a shopping service for your arrival (Please ask for details ) Taxi's to Nerja center from the house cost around 7 euros or there is a bus for 1 euro per person. Also there is one bicycle available for your use

Also the television has many channels to choose from. A choice of many languages is also available. Hope to see you again in future.
