Description
The villa has two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with pine fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, ceiling fans as well as aircondition. There is a comfortable lounge and dining area with ceiling fan and a log burner giving a very homely feel. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and fully equipped, a ceramic hob and granite worktops gives the kitchen a luxurious touch. There is a Krups coffee machine for Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules (capsules can be bought at the Mercadona i Nerja).
There is a tap with filtred drinkable water installed.
Free Wi-fi is included in the rent, fiber-optics installed in april 2018, speed: 50 Mb/s.
Outside, to the rear is a beautiful terrace and private pool with views over the sea.
Bed linen and one set of towels per person is included in the rent. Additional cleaning and/or change of bed linen/towels during the stay can be arranged on request (at self-cost).
We took over this well maintained property in June 2016. To make your stay even more comfortable we have started with a total upgrade. Most kitchenware was replaced summer 2016 and in 2017 we have also had a dishwasher installed to make your stay even more hassle-free. All beds as well as pillows, duvets and bedlinen were replaced in April 2017, giving a crisp and fresh feeling when going to bed. Air-condition is installed in both bedrooms allowing you an even better sleep. Towels are new and so are the mattresses for the sunbeds.

“Very nice holiday”
