This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja’s vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.

Location and outside area

In the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean—the ideal spot for a nice breakfast or an alfresco dinner. A few steps lead down to the sun terrace and the private pool (7m x 4m and 1.25m - 1.95m deep) with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a pretty garden with many plants, flowers, and citrus trees, together with a barbecue corner. For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.

The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace. Satellite-TV is available. A dining corner is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ringed gas-hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room.
