Description

Luxury renovated villa. The house consist of two separate apartments and we have chosen to rent out the ground floor apartment. There will be no guests in the other apartment when you rent the ground floor. You will have access to all the house's outdoor facilities including heated pool, garden with barbeque and 3 terraces (2 with Seaview).

The apartment consist of three bedrooms and one large living room and large fully equipped American kitchen. The living room entertainment consists of flat screen TV with Chromecast, stereo, DVD, Satellite TV and there is highspeed access to WIFI (fiber) in the whole house even the terraces. One of the bedrooms have separate access to the terrace and a separate bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated (floor heating) during wintertime. From the terrace you have straight access to the garden which has a 8*4 heated pool with roman steps. There is a poolside shower (hot and cold water), sun beds, a BBQ and plenty of patio space to enjoy both sunbathing and dining choosing. Thanks to the wonderful olive tree you can choose to enjoy the garden facilities in either shade or the sun. With several terraces you can enjoy the sun from morning to night all year round.

If you like there is also included access to the San Juan de Capistrano community area and pool, 200 meters away.

“Wonderful apartment.”

Spacious and well equipped apartment, with the bonus of having your own great swimming pool. The third bedroom is like a little annexe which was great for our extended family stay. The apartment had everything you would need and the location was quiet but well placed for the centre of the urbanisation with its small shop , great communal pool and a couple of nice bars /cafes ,whilst only a twenty minute walk downhill to the town centre and beaches. Communication from Robert was excellent and when we return to Nerja in the future , we will certainly book again.

“Amazing Place”

This is an amazing little gem! One of the only villas with a private pool. It was so well equipped, and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Only things to be aware of were the tiles round the pool get very hot and slippy when wet, we had a baby with us and this caused a little issue, but the garden was lovely and enclosed so quiet, so secluded! Would highly recommend. Robert the owner was so lovely and was really quick to tespond to any questions. We did have to pick up the keys from a hotel in town which proves a bit of an inconvenience when you dont know where your going, having the keys located at the office on the complex would be a lot easier for guests.

“Fantastic family holiday”

We have just arrived home as a family of 6 from a fabulous week in via real 5. Fantastic villa with everything you need. We all loved the private pool. The terrace area was where we ate as lovely and cool. Great location with a bus stop outside the villa which takes a 10mins drive into the centre of Nerja at €1. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday.
