This attractive villa is conveniently located just off the Exotica area, 2 km from Nerja. Its rural setting and quiet surroundings are enhanced by superb countryside views. The owners have ensured that all the rooms are comfortable and appealing with a separate modern American-style bar/kitchen decked out with all the mod cons and with a large lounge/dining area.

Location and outside area

This villa enjoys a semi-rural location 2 km from Nerja, giving it the advantage of inspiring country views and peaceful surroundings, very promising for a carefree holiday. At a few minutes’ walk, there is a panificadora (bakery), and a Lidl supermarket is just 800 m away. Surrounded by whitewashed walls and lawns that add to the aura of privacy, the villa is approached via a parking bay for two cars and a path to the pool through the gardens, visible from the front. The private pool (7 x 4m long and 1.50m - 2m deep) is slightly raised and bordered by a good-size lawn, the perfect place for children to play. A pretty covered arched terrace spans the front of the house. A built-in barbecue will be very practical if ever you fancy catering for yourself. Sunbathing space is also available on the large roof terrace with fabulous views over the countryside that will make you feel blessed. Altogether, a good quality villa perfectly located to unwind in peace while enjoying the attractions of nearby Nerja.

Inside and lay-out

The interior combines old-time charm with modern comfort. Spread over a single storey, all the rooms are decorated in a rustic and traditional style. The cosy open-plan living/dining room has chequered floor tiles and a brick fireplace with satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player to entertain you at night. The kitchen is separated from the living room by an American bar and equipped with all the up-to-date appliances: 4-ring vitro gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils. There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). The double bedroom has an en suite shower room with washbasin and WC. The other bedrooms share a full bathroom with washbasin, bidet and WC.
