Description

Casa Golden is a family run, air conditioned, three bedroom, end of terrace villa with a private garden on this very popular urbanisation.You will enjoy 60mbps unlimited fibre optic Broadband and TV Channels. It affords panoramic views of the foothills of the Sierra De Tejada mountains as well as views of the sea. The property is light and spacious with two twin bedded rooms and one double room on the second floor. It is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness by our managing agent based in Nerja. The kitchen and bathroom (bath with integral shower) are both recently refurbished. We also provide an I-Pod player/charger and radio. A short walk past communal pools and bar takes you to Playazo beach from where an attractive coastal path runs into the beautiful and vibrant Nerja town.

Once you arrive our managing agents, Eurosur, will deal with any issues you may have such as broken crockery, faulty equipment etc, on our behalf. Katarina is our main contact but all of their staff are very helpful and they are very prompt to resolve matters. Their address and contact details are included in the information we provide to you before you arrive. Once your holiday is over and you return home, we will again deal with everything directly with you.

“Great Villa close to Nerja”

We stayed in Casa Golden for 1 week and really enjoyed the whole experience. The urbanization is about 3km outside of Nerja so if you're lazy, like we were, there is a very efficient bus service nearby (line 3 services the areas outside of Nerja). Some great restaurants in Nerja itself but if you want to stay local I would recommend Avalon which has really good food and super views...they could do with some hand rails going up though as it's quite exposed in places. The villa was perfect for our needs. Has a well equipped kitchen and the free WiFi kept our teens happy. I would suggest getting better pillows and some new mattresses for the single beds as they were not very comfortable. The pool area is very nice and the Tropicana Bar serviced our lunch and drinks needs perfectly. Overall I would recommend for sure!
