Sandbar is a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with direct access through a private courtyard to Newcastle Beach.

From Sandbar's rear door you walk directly into a sheltered courtyard with shared pool, tennis court & barbecue facilities. Truly a resort experience, perfect for a family holiday, a get-together with friends, or for conference/corporate guests who prefer space & privacy.

Plus a secure undercover car space for one vehicle.

Sandbar comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a king size bed in the main bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom.

The kitchen provides all the modern conveniences for your stay, including a dish washer, stove and full size fridge.

A fully equipped laundry and second toilet is also provided.

The shared courtyard provides ample outdoor space for guests to relax around the outdoor setting and enjoy a barbeque. The townhouse is located to convenient access to the local attractions, including the beach and harbour. There is also a first floor balcony accessible from the second bedroom with a cafe setting for enjoying your morning coffee.

Response from the owner Hi Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are in the process of addressing the maintenance issues that you refer to. Unfortunately the front fire door is the responsibility of the strata corporation, so it's a slow process to get that fixed. We are also reviewing quotes to replace the blinds down stairs. I will raise the issue of better blinds for upstairs with the property owners. Also we are preparing an information guide to assist guests to take full advantage of the property.
