Description
Sea view from every room. Dishwasher. Rowing boat with electrical motor included + a canoe. 60 meters to pier/swimming. Lots of islands nearby. Wi-Fi (250 Mbit/s, fiberbased, unlimited megabytes). Floor heating in bathroom/shower. Water toilet. Cottage located 25 meters from the Baltic Sea in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago. Private parking.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Glass patio door from kitchen to the porch that offers sea view. The porch has outdoor dining furniture + sun chairs. Outdoor Weber grill.
One bedroom with a new high standard double bed (two spring beds (200 x 80 cm each) in one frame). Both sea view and garden view from the bedroom.
Sheets, towels, lectricity, water and wifi is included in rent.
Rowing boat with electric motor + a canoe for 2 people. These boats give you easy access to lots of uninhabited archipelago islands where you may explore, fish, bring picnics etc. Good fishing area (no license needed). Beautiful trails for forest walking nearby. Maps and sea chart provided.
The property was originally developed in 1911. The surroundings are a genuine small archipelago village. Calm area with few neighbours. Unloading close to cottage and reserved parking 50 meters from cottage. Wi-Fi included (250 mbit/s, fiber-based, unlimited megabytes).

2 km from the cottage there is a public ferry for trips to various nearby larger islands. 15 min by bus/car from cottage, you find lots of stores, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office, movie theatre and museums in the coastal city of Norrtalje. SL bus stop to Norrtalje/Stockholm is located 350 meters from cottage.
Within 30 min drive: Furusund (Astrid Lindgrens summer home), three 18-hole golf courses, horseback riding, museums, living viking village, large ferries to Mariehamn on the Finish island Åland (Finnlink/Silja Line from Kapellskär harbour 20 min from cottage).

Driving distance from house to: Marholmen (restaurant, spa, playground, beach) 5 min. Penningby Castle 5 min, Bergshamra 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Stockholm Arlanda Airport 55 min, Uppsala 70 min.
Max occupancy is 2 people. If you rent several weeks in a row, you get a SEK 700/week discount from the second week.
No pets please. No smoking in cottage.
Please note: During the high-season (mid April to mid September) we rent only weekly, Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year we have 3 days as minimum stay and you may check-in and check out any day of the week.
