Description

Situated in charming old town of Novi Vinodolski with a beautiful view on new marina and just few minutes away from the city center and beach, this house is ideal for your vacation. It has 3 bedrooms, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two spacious terraces with a sea view.

Detailed description of the house:

GROUND FLOOR:

Dining room & kitchen: table for 6 persons, sofa, TV, refrigerator, oven, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, cutlery and dishes, cups, bowls, pots and pots, etc.

Bedroom 1: comfortable double bed and separated one single bed. There is a wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings, and mobile air conditioning.

Bathroom: the bathroom has toilet, washbasin and bathtub. There are also washing machine and hairdryer.

Terrace&garden: spacious terrace with garden features barbecue, table, chairs and bench and has a wonderful view of the sea and the new marina

1st FLOOR:

Bedroom 2: comfortable double bed, wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings and a large terrace with sun loungers, table and a sunshade. Bedroom 3: comfortable single bed, wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings

NOTES:

We want to highlight that there are stairs leading to the house (cca 50 steps) and also stairs in the house (from ground floor to the 1st floor).

There is no wifi in the house but good reception is on the terrace.

Sheets, bedding, blankets and towels are provided in the house.

The mobile air conditioner is located in the ground floor room.

The guests have access to the whole house except for a closed room on the third floor and the basement.

For staying less than 3 nights, the price per day will be charged 30% more.

PARKING

We provide you free of charge ticket for public parking place for one car. The nearest parking place is about 150 meters from the house. Parking for additional car is 33€ per stay.

PETS

Pets fee is 5 euro per day. Amount for pets will be charged when guests arrive.
