Description

The Roselynn Manor was established in 2003 with a living space of 300 m² built in old English country house style and can accommodate 16 guests in 4 bedrooms.

The villa is surrounded by a very well-kept garden, which invites you to linger or BBQ - on a small hill with unobstructed breathtaking views. On one side you look at the highest mountain in Sri Lanka with its waterfall and the district Hawa Eliya, on the other side you are overlooking vegetable and tea plantations, a temple and mountains.

Equipped is the house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. The bedrooms are equipped either with 2 double beds or with a double bed and 2 single beds. The rooms are available as double or four-bed rooms.

Also the villa can be rented as a whole with 3 bedrooms for an occupancy up to 12 persons or with 4 bedrooms (including annex bedroom) for up to 16 persons (in separate offers).

The house can be reached via a driveway with parking facilities. Through the entrance you enter into a cozy lounge, furnished with upholstered furniture. To one side of it is the dining room and to the other side the beautiful conservatory.

Via a staircase one reaches the attic with the attic bedroom or the annex with separate access.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with accommodation for 2 drivers, parquet floor, and free WIFI. Your laundry can be washed for a fee. Staff is available.

The continental breakfast, which is included in the price and, on request, a more extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by the chef of the adjoining house, the OLD ENGLISH COLONIAL BUNGALOW, where there is also a lounge with a library.

If an accommodation for more than 16 persons is required, a guest unit can be rented for a further 4 persons in the OLD ENGLISH COLONIAL BUNGALOW (separate offer)

Except for a holiday, Roselynn Manor (as a whole villa) is excellently suited for events of all kinds such as conferences, seminars, symposia, trainings etc. Corresponding rooms and a restaurant with lounge are available.

In addition you can use the restaurant with an open fireplace as well as the library with over 500 books in the adjoining house.

Our staff will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Beautiful bunglow and well maintained.it is very cosy place.staff was very helpfull and friendly!food was very tasty too..will defenitly come back!
