Description

Modern house off Lawson Street in the heart of Nuwara-Eliya town, overlooking century old Golf Course is on the foothills of Pidurutalagala (tallest Mountain in Srilanka). This property has a beautiful brook Nanu-Oya which flows through town on its boundary. With all this natural beauty surrounding the property it is surprising to find that it is less than 100 metres off one of the town’s main streets!. .

All important places, such as the Grand Hotel, Nuwara-Eliya Golf Club, Hill Club, Cargill’s Foodcity ,the Main Market, Bus Stand, Racecourse, St. Andrews Hotel, Windsor Hotel and many restaurants are only a short walk from the house .Set in a large land with grass lawn surrounded by flower beds the property has an ivy-covered security wall around.. The house is tastefully furnished with imported furniture. The three upper floor bedrooms each have either a double or a Queen size bed and the ground floor bedroom has double bed and two sets of bunk-beds. All bedrooms have modern en-suite .

The house sleeps up to 10 in comfort. Fresh linen is provided. Services of a resident housekeeper and cook available at all reasonable times during your stay. Communal area heating is included in the price but any additional heating for individual rooms will incur a small charge.

Meals are not included in the price but if provisions are supplied the resident cook will prepare meals to your requirement.

Bus station is a few minutes walk. Train station is in Nanuoya . Van or car transport arranged by staff to visit Ambewella Farm, worlds End , Hanuman temple ,tea gardens and factories.
