Very spacious apartment (190 m2) with terraces of 100 m2 at the apartment and the exclusive use of a solarium of 160 m2 which is reached by a staircase from the main terrace. The three bedrooms have very comfortable beds (1.80 cm or 2x90) with a private bathroom and a private terrace. On the main terrace: outdoor seating and outdoor dining. the solarium: dining table, chairs, barbecue, umbrellas etc ... Fully reconditioned in July 2016 with new fully equipped kitchen, new showers etc .... taste furniture. View breathtaking mountain and sea. A 7 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Marbella area (sandy and gentle descent). calm, beautiful infinity pool (25 meters long)

Une voiture est nécessaire ( location a l'aéroport ) Il existe une navette par catamaran entre Marbella et Porto Banus. Des excursions en bateau sont organisées à partir de Marbella. Tous les renseignements à ce sujet se trouve dans l'appartement.

Interaction with guest

The tenants are welcomed on site by Jacky who lives near the apartment. Jacky speaks French, English and Spanish. It is available to tenants to help them during their stay. He can on request do the shopping t fill the fridge before the arrival of the tenants. He advises on activities to be done in the region. A cleaning lady can also help you during your stay. Jacky takes care of the contact with the woman of work (to pay by the tenant). End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

It is allowed to smoke on the terraces (100 M2 + 160 M2) An internal rules exist regarding the use of the pool, eg the glass use is prohibited for safety reasons, no food meadows pool, quiet use is requested between 21 hours and 9.00 etc .. overall urbanization is peaceful and has great sound fiestas are not desired.
