Quaint 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom cottage with lots of character located on 3/4 acre lot with a few fruit trees and blooming plants. A perfect location with much land space.
A decorator's potential dream can be realized as this 2-storey house offers many nooks and crannies while still maintaining a fairly open-plan concept. It also allows for much privacy as each spacious bedroom with large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom is located on separate floors with a wooden staircase linking both. Each bedroom has a double (full size) bed and the downstairs bedroom has a futon as well. The large outdoor, uncovered patio upstairs which offers much privacy can serve as a sun tan deck in the day time or an ideal entertaining/meditation area at nights.
Much detail is attempted to be paid with respect to maintaining clean and fresh linen and a clean house. We ask that you respect our property and treat it as you would your own.
The quiet, friendly and closely-knit neighborhood of Gibraltar Estate, Oracabessa is one of the few which boasts access to a private beach, approximately 1 mile away. Another beach within close proximity is the famous James Bond Beach. Gibraltar is also ideal for nature-lovers as there are many birds that can be heard chirping all day long and this can be appreciated via a morning or evening stroll/jog or in the confines of your home.
Although away from the "city", you still have the convenience of accessing the major towns of Ocho Rios or Port Maria which are within a half hour drive west or east of the town of Oracabessa, respectively. Ocho Rios has a wide variety of eateries and attractions to choose from including Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove, Prospect Plantation Tours, Dunns RIver and Blue Hole.
