Description

Enormous 4BR unit can sleep up to 16 people. The villa consists of a core 2BR unit that sleeps 8 plus two separate studio lock-offs that each sleep 4. That is a total of 4 baths (three with jacuzzi tubs) and 3 kitchens. Excellent 5 Star resort, full of amenities and activities, close to all attractions. This resort is well arranged to where you can conveniently walk to all activities including lake craft, 5 pools, mini golf, sports courts, spa, health club, store, restaurants, and more. Non stop fun for the whole family. Wide screen TV, Leather Furniture, Huge Jacuzzi in MBR, Large Kitchen. Second Bedroom has two queen beds.

IMPORTANT NOTE My ownership only allows my to book 7 night reservations with check-in and check out on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This Villa is only available for rent for exactly 1 week (7 nights) each year. Multi week rentals and rentals for more or less than exactly 7 days are not possible. Any requests for more or less than 7 nights or for weekday check-in days can not be honored. Also, all weeks containing a Major US national Holiday are not available for rent. (New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas are not available to rent).

Response from the owner It was so disappointing to hear of your experience at my timeshare unit. I was hesitant to respond until I could get to the bottom of what went wrong here. Apparently the resort was in the process of completing upgrades to all the units which I thought were done and which explains why the last two reviews are so different. As this arrival was near the completion of those upgrades, there were still a few of the oldest unupgraded units remaining and unfortunately they were booked solid due to the heavy season and the resort was short a few units because there still units that were being up graded and had to utilize units they had not intended to (were supposed to be out of commission). They assured me that it was a one time issue during the heavy summer season. It is very upsetting for me to hear of this kind of experience and I can assure all future guests that the upgrades are complete and the pictures are accurate going forward. Palmetto bugs (which look just like large cockroaches) are a problem every where in Florida. The resort does spray for them, but it only takes one guest leaving the doors open the week prior to allow them to come in along with the geckos. They do not infest a unit, they nest outside, they are more like crickets and make their way in on an individual basis. Neither should not be an issue in the future.
