A new luxury listing close to Disney VALUE!!
This family vacation home has been completely renovated and furnished by an interior designer. It is nestled along a beautiful lake with views overlooking spectacular sunsets over the water.
minutes from Disney, shopping and other attractions. The newer home is turnkey ready for your vacation and allows 7 guests a comfortable stay in 3 bedrooms.
Full sun on pool all day until dusk!!!
The master and the junior master bed room feature each a king bed with top of the line mattresses that will provide you the best night sleep you ever had.
The two master bedrooms feature top of the line mattresses from the Hotel Series made by Serta. These high end mattresses retail around 5000 to 6000 $ each at Macy's. Even expensive hotels often have lesser quality accommodations. You will feel the difference and we are convinced that our guests will appreciate the extras that the owners have put into the accommodations. Both master bedrooms have a king size bed. Both masters have their own wall mounted Flat screen 32 inch TVs with basic Cable lineup. The kids room has white bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. The lower bed is a full size and the top section is a twin bed. So even an adult couple can fit in the lower part if needed. Ideal for 3 kids. We themed the room to make it fun for the young guests and they also have their own TV with basic Bright house cable lineup.
The house offers an open living space with plenty of seating for your dinner party of family fun on a grand scale. The Living area has couches and additional seating plus a fantastic fun acrylic bubble chair for the "James-Bond-moments" on your vacation. The family room is equipped for fun and games. We installed two token operated gambling machines. You have the key so when your "winning streak' ends you can empty out the machines and try your luck again. These are fun for everyone. The game table converts from pool billiard to air hockey. For additional sports we provided a WII gaming console with the sports software. There are also additional controls so everyone can join in. The big flat screen TV provides a great picture and the extended channel lineup of Brig house cable TV including the digital channels they offer. (We do not provide HBO and pay per view but the TV has a Laptop hookup so you can stream movies from your laptop or you can bring your favorite movies and play them on the DVD/Blue Ray player.
The bath rooms had been redone for your ultimate comfort. Stylish accommodations allow guests a comfortable stay and offer everything one might expect from a perfect Florida getaway. Your home away from home offers dual vanities in the master bath room. There is a large walk in shower and a walk in closet along with an enclosed commode. The second bathroom features a furniture vanity with granite top and a tub shower combination.
The kitchen had been gutted and completely refurbished with new white cabinets and new countertops. There are all new appliances from the glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher to a two door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door. The utility room features a new heavy duty washer and dryer. For your convenience we have installed a automatic garage door opener.
All vacation homes are self catering.
Gas pool heating is optional and costs extra. Solar heating is provided for free.

Unfortunately if we have a same day turn around, later check outs are not allowed. Cleaners need as much time as possible to clean the house and do the laundry. I am sure you can understand the importance of having a clean home, you would not have been happy with your stay if you came to a dirty house. As to the "busy road" and the "noise," the road is not that close and never had any issues with the noise, for all 5 years in this business. thank you

Response from the owner Hello thank you for your review. We do state that vacation homes are self catering, there isn't an unlimited supply of toilet paper like in hotels. I am surprised to hear the "issues" you had since none were reported to us. The ping pong table isn't missing, still at the house :) The key to the slot machines is put away so the guests/kids do not lose them or do not mess with the settings - it was put away after someone has caused an expensive damage. The ice maker has always worked and still does. The garage door opener is attached to the wall in the garage. And the bubble chair is safe to you, if it wasn't, it would not be hanging in the house. It is not a decoration, it is a chair I hope I've answered all of your concerns here, would have been nice to hear about these things During your stay and not read about them in a review thank you

In addition to the TV service I also prove netflix, apple TV, a blu ray player with about 50 DVDs and a Wii system. I do wish you had reached out to me (as you did for early check in) OR my property manager in regards to the slot machine not working as it is a simple reset that takes about 30 seconds. Thank you for bringing to my attention the underwater pool light bulb being burnt out. I have arranged for a bulb to be ordered and replaced as soon as it arrives at the store, as I am sure you can appreciate there really is no way to see that it has burnt out unless it is dark; however there are lights outside on the lanai that offer plenty of light over the pool. I do understand about being able to sleep in on vacation, unfortunately I do not have any control over the time that the grass gets cut. I am pleased you had a great vacation! Nickye
