Jakob's Joint is our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home that offers everything you need to make your stay in Florida truly memorable.

Located within the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, this home is equipped to provide you comfort, convenience and all the amenities for a most enjoyable stay. Your stay also allows you access to the Resort clubhouse and it's amenities including huge walk in pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, playground, business center, and more.

Just 15 minutes to Disney, Aviana Resort is located close to all Orlando has to offer... theme parks, golf courses, outlet shopping, malls, restaurants and all other attractions.Three championship golf courses are within 5 minute drive.

Our home with no rear neighbors comes with private pool and spa, games room, Wi-Fi, free long distance to U.S. and Canada, big screen tvs, HD cable and more. So many dining options nearby to choose from or eat at home using our fully equipped kitchen.

We hope you will enjoy our tastefully furnished home with private pool and spa that has no rear neighbors. Enjoy yourself on our covered lanais or lay out in the sun and have fun in our pool. Underwater lighting will help you at night to swim or relax in the spa. If you like to play games we have table tennis and a pool table in the garage with ceiling fan as well as some toys for the kids. Keep busy inside watching the 40 ' big screen TV with with HD cable in the living area, dvd player and VCR. Although we wouldn't expect you to be cooking while on your vacation you certainly have everything equipped in the kitchen to make a snack or a large meal. Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ample cookware, dishes, utensils as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal to help with clean-up.

The master King bedroom with onsuite bathroom has a separate entrance from the patio/pool area and a 40' flatscreen TV. There is a second master queen bedroom also with full onsuite bathroom. There is a 3rd shared bathroom for the 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. All beds come with brand new 'Euro-top' mattresses. All bedrooms come with TVs and HD cable.

A stroller, pack n play crib and high chair is provided.

We have just started renting on Tripadvisor in late 2016 so we do not have reviews to share but we have been renting for over five years with five star average reviews. All three of our homes are maintained by our Property Management Team that actually live in Aviana Resort and are the main contacts for any issues that arise during our guests stay. Our other two homes are Kat's Meow listing #8597782 and Megan Manor #8595960 both are also in Aviana Resort.

How do damage deposits work?
