This expansive 2,100 sq ft residence is situated within the sought-after gated resort community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square in Orlando. Embraced by a Tuscan-themed ambiance, the community rests gracefully on the shores of Lake Cay, adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center.

Conveniently positioned, it offers easy access to premier attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park, and the newest addition, Aquatica. Nestled just off Universal Boulevard, Vista Cay stands as a focal point amidst Orlando's vibrant landscape. Whether it's families seeking proximity to the excitement of International Drive, couples seeking a tranquil retreat, or business travelers attending conventions, Vista Cay caters to diverse needs with its array of amenities and proximity to key destinations.

BEDROOMS- Comfortably furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one with a desk and chair. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 6 guests and has a large Owner's suite and Covered Lanai.

LIVING AND DINING- The Huge and Relaxing living area has a sectional suite, wide screen TV, and Cable TV. There is a tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 6. All of the comforts of home are found here so sit back and Enjoy!

KITCHEN- Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

OTHER- Condo amenities include; towels, linens, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fully stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer are available should the need arise to have an extra fresh t-shirt at the ready.

This is now fourth year of using iTrip. There is never an issues and everything is always as stated. John W.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days- 5 adults. There was plenty of room and the big balcony was wonderful at the end of the day. We also got to enjoy the pool and the facilities-all were excellent. But definitely the most outstanding part was the apartment. Very spacious and had everything we needed (included very comfortable beds for all of us-we all had a good nights sleep.) The couches and furniture were also comfortable and the appliances were top-notched. If we were ever in Orlando again I would certainly attempt to book this place!!!

This is our second trip to Vista Cay with my daughter’s dance studio for the Dance Awards nationals. We decided to book through a private rental this stay and it was great! Very spacious, clean and it had all the items we needed to cook and prepare food. Beds were comfy (pillows a bit hard for our taste) and having all of the space here was key!
