Holiday apartment on the ground floor for up to nine people, located by the Rab old town, for a holiday in any season.
The comfortable holiday apartment measures 120m² and is on the ground floor of the house. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One also has a supplementary bed and one has an additional sofa bed. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as access to the terrace. The WC has a handle and is 55cm long. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with two stoves, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, along with a dining room with a table and chairs. There is satellite TV on the terrace. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment and in the garden. All the indoor doors are around 80cm wide.
The apartment also features a roofed terrace with garden furniture and a grill, as well as a shared garden shower. The garden is fenced in.
Welcome drinks await you on arrival. The accommodation is wheelchair accessible. You also have access to the beach and the city with your wheelchair. The main entrance of the building and the patio door provides a double door. There are no steps at the entrance or the terrace. The doors within the apartment are 80 cm in width. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and also provides an additional grab handle.
It is a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches, the Škver bay, Lungo Mare, the attractive Rab old town, a shopping centre, supermarkets, a sports centre with tennis courts, boat hire, bicycle hire, banks, a post office, a fish market, a market square, restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, medical care, pharmacies, the Komrcar municipal park, ACI Marina, a boat jetty and various taxi boat trips.
