Wonderful 7813 Centre Court villa has recently undergone extensive remodeling and has become a beautiful Tommy Bahama Resort Style property. A spacious two bedroom two bath villa overlooking the 11 mile salt water lagoon in Palmetto Dunes Resort. There are 2 queen beds in each bedroom with new flat screen TV plus a large flat screen in the living area (as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa). Each bathroom has a tub/shower combination, new vanities and sinks. This villa is perfect for the family vacation, the guy's golf outing or the ladies tennis trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and glassware. There is a new large capacity washer and dryer, plus a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The villa does provide 2 beach chairs and a beach cart to make the trip to the beach simple and easy.

The location is easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island (approximately 10 minutes), two championship golf courses with the third courses just about a mile away, a wonderful community pool and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center (there are 6 courts beside this villa and tennis is INCLUDED in your rental). There are also complex grills near the post boxes. The great thing about this location is it's just a short walk on a private pathway across the 11 mile lagoon to the General Store for general provisions, Alexander's Restaurant for an outstanding dinner and the Outfitters Center that has kayaks, canoes, bikes plus beach and fishing gear plus there are 2 oceanfront resorts for day spas and more restaurants.

This is an excellent location for a vacation on Hilton Head Island in the World Class Palmetto Dunes Resort. You will be so happy you chose this property to enjoy your time here.
