A splendid old town house with 255 square meters of living space and a nice garden with a swimming pool and porch in the Medieval town of Pals (Girona)..

The house has been completely refurbished mixing the XVIII century antique house with XXI century avant-garde architecture. Fantastic location in the centre of the medieval town of Pals (Girona).

The house has a very nice living room with a fire place. The place is decorated with a mixture of Antique and contemporary furnishings to offer all the commodities. The house is equipped with a WIFI connection.

Response from the owner Hola Sandra, sentimos mucho que tu experiencia no fuera la óptima. Sinceramente, es la primera vez que alguien se queja de la falta de agua caliente, así que asumo que igual fue un problema puntual, pero siento mucho si tuvisteis problemas. Damos la opción al self-check in, que los clientes suelen apreciar muchísimo por su flexibilidad. Pero la responsable debe pasar también para que abonéis vuestra estancia. Hay instrucciones muy elaboradas sobre el manual de uso de la casa y recomendaciones de la zona que los huéspedes suelen apreciar mucho. Los huéspedes se compran la comida y material que necesitan para su estancia, como en cualquier casa de alquiler turístico. Llevas razón con la barbacoa, y si nos hubieras avisado la mujer de la limpieza hubiera venido a limpiarla (normalmente ya está limpia a la llegada de los clientes). La gente suele quedar encantada con la casa y la gestión pero siento si en este caso no fue así. Cordiales saludos, Gemma

How do damage deposits work?
