This 1BR fully furnished condo is conveniently located in Bicutan, Paranaque, a 10 min short drive both from Makati and Alabang and 15 min drive to International and Domestic Airports. Enjoy luxury living in the middle of the Metro, on sprawling prime property spanning the west service road of South Luzon Expressway immediately adjacent to a key SM mall. Perfect for singles or couples with little ones too!

Whether coming here for a short stay or a long vacation, our Azure Urban Resort Residences provides a safe and peaceful haven to come home to after a day in the city.

Our 1 BR unit has 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed and a single mattress. It also has a 40" cable TV and a very fast wifi. The bathroom has a water heater and is complete with the basics such as shampoo, soap, tissue, body and hand wash good for the duration of our guests' stay. Towels are also provided for our guests. The kitchen has leaflets for food delivery while it has complete cooking utensils for those who prefer to cook their own food.

Guests who have cars may use our parking slot FREE of charge.

Our guests will have access to the wave pool, lap pool, man made beach, gym, game room, playroom, central bar, coffee shop and the roofdeck overlooking the amenities and the city skyline. Not to be missed is the spa and massage rooms for relaxation and well-being.

We allow 4 pax in our 1 bedroom unit. As the rate is only good for 2 persons, this includes FREE use of the pool for 2. For the 3rd and 4th person, they need to purchase swimming bands at Php 250/pax/shift if they wish to swim. Pool schedule as follows: 1st shift 7 am - 12 nn and 2nd shift 2 pm - 7 pm. The wave pool is closed every Mondays for cleaning.
