Description

This condo unit is at 4th floor of Venezia building at East Ortigas Mansions, Ortigas Ave. Extension, Rosario, Pasig City, Philippines. It is a 48-sq.-meter unit with 2 wooden tiled bedrooms. One bedroom has 1 queen size bed, cabinet, & lampshade. The other bedroom has double deck bed, the first deck is good for two persons while the second deck is good for one person only, with cabinet, & lampshade. There's one extra mattress also in this room. Extra linens are provided. Both rooms are air-conditioned. You can do ironing also. The living area has sofa, one 32" cabled LCD TV, a cooling fan, & shoe cabinet. It has telephone also which can be used for local calls. Its kitchen has full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking range, with complete cooking utensils, & dining sets. Its dining table has five chairs, made of wood, two sets of washable placemats are provided. One container of purified drinking water is provided also for free. The bathroom has hot & cold shower and equipped with hair dryer. It has a drying area in the roof deck of the building where the washing machine is installed. You can do your washing & drying in this area. If you have a laptop, we have a PLDT DSL internet broadband connection inside the unit with WiFi. We also have a WiFi area in the clubhouse where you can surf the internet. The clubhouse is walking distance from our unit. In the clubhouse, there's a swimming pool, gym, billiard, videoke room. There is also a grilling area at the roof deck of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open daily from 7:00 a.m. up to 11:00 p.m. only. Onsite also are the playground, bakery, & basketball court.

We also have a parking space where you can use for free. It is very near the elevator where Venezia building is located.

Should you need assistance in getting to this place, (those who will stay for 30 days and more only) we can pick you up from the airport to our unit for free .
