Description

This villa Par 4 Villa 13 is modern, spacious and built with high quality materials. This bungalow-style building has an area of 90m2 on a plot of 300m2 and consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, two double bedrooms with large wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, parking and a great pool of 8m x 4m.

From the lounge, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the terrace garden, with the golf course and mountains in the background. Very comfortable, with design and decoration that convey openness and beauty.

This holiday home has just been refurbished, with new decor and fittings and now can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another one with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The broad terrace with direct access from the living room counts on a table for 6 diners and sofas, and it is the ideal place for relaxing with family and friends, especially after a round of golf. There is a wonderful built in BBQ by the pool that will make your stay unforgettable!

The high quality designer furniture adds value to the cosy atmosphere of this terrace. The master bedroom accesses the garden and offers an exceptional panoramic view.

The perfectly integrated kitchen and dining area, with all necessary appliances will ensure the best possible stay.

El Salobre Golf Resort is a quiet and secluded place that offers tranquility and peace, yetonly a short drive from other resorts such as Maspalomas, Meloneras or Mogan.
