We rent out a very nice Studio on the 17th Floor with 49 sqm in View Talay 6.It has a Modern Design and is equipped with all you need to feel comfortable.Location:Soi9 between Beach Road and 2nd Road, about 120 Meters to the Beach with an amazing View over Pattaya Bay. The Building is located in the Middle of Pattaya next to Central Festival Shopping Center (2 Minutes Walk) and near Beach (just cross the Beach Road).Room:The Room has a nice stylisch Bathroom with ample of Towels, Hair Dryer, Cosmetic Mirror and a nice Rain Shower and Washing Mashine.You also have a fully equipped kitchen with a Breakfast Bar to cook and eat. A big Fridge, Microwave and two ceramic cooking Spots are also integrated.NEW: Petra Pad Espressomachine - bring your own Pads.I-Phone Docking Station (up to 4S Connector) The Living Room is equipped with a big Cupboard including a Safe. A Sofa with a couch table and also a King Size Bed with a nice luxury Matrace.46" LCD TV, Home Theatre with DVD is also available for your convenience. Aircondition and Ceiling Fan (inside and on Balcony) are our Standard, same like double Glass windows which reduce Noise and saves Energy.You also have a nice big Balcony with Chairs and Table to eat, relax and enjoy the view over Pattaya Bay and the Sunset.It is a nice place to be and enjoy your holiday - It is a Non Smoking Room. Smoking allowed only on the Balcony with closed Windows.For weekly Bookings Water and Energy is included. For Monthly Bookings Water and Energy is paid extra.
