Westbury Residence is located on the hill between Pattaya Bay and Jomtiem Beach.
Pratumnak Hill is the preferred location for many foreigners who are looking to rent or buy a condo in Pattaya.The apartments are close to some of the finest and most peaceful beaches in Pattaya easily accessible to our residents.
Westbury Suites offer 1 or 2 bedrooms, all with private sea-facing terraces and balconies which overlook the pool. Rear terraces face Pattaya's only hill park.
The apartments are fully fitted and serviced , accessed by elevator. All bedrooms have a bathroom and a TV/ DVD system.
Westbury is within walking distance to shops, hotels, restaurants, pharmacy and other services?.
?Free car parking is available at Westbury, but reservation is advisable. Public transport is available 24hrs and is both regular and safe. Taxis and Baht Buses are available from outside the complex.

How do damage deposits work?
