“Simple Perfect”

i was now the second time in this apartment. Everything is furnished well and in a modern style. We stay with two persons there and the reason for rental was long term badminton training in Malaysia. For this reason are the two bathrooms very useful. As well the position of the apartment is nice. One minute by feet and you're in the tropicana city mall with all shops you need, especially the carrefour Supermarket.

“A Great Stay”

We were very impressed with the way the owner communicated with us and answered questions via E-mail prior to booking. The administration was impressive going into fine detail, for example selection of television channels. The arrival procedure worked very well and with a comprehensively prepared inventory we were soon settled in. The facilities provided met all our needs and with shopping and restaurants nearby there was little need to use the car or a taxi in the evenings. It was a comfort to be able to garage the car in a secure, reserved space within the Casa Suites Block. Handing the apartment back was also conducted in an easy and efficient manner and the deposit was back in our credit card account within 24 hours. In sum, a wonderful and hastle free stay; we would recommend it to anyone.

“Comfy and Cozy which is suitable for Solo or couple traveler”

Stay at this unit for a month. There is a shopping mall and cinema within walking distance. The receptions are friendly and helpful. The owner are so generous and kind to let us choose the TV program(Astro) that we preferred. The owner provide almost everything we need so we just bring in our bags only.
