A safe, cozy & private aircond room with TV en-suite bathroom in a 5 bedrooms sharing unit apartment located at Casa Tropicana Condominium, Malaysia.
1. clean fresh linen bed, 1 single real bed, blanket, pillow, 1 normal wardrobe + hangers, mirror table+chair and en suite with private bathroom + towel & floor mat. Dining wares such as cup, plate, spoon, fork is provided. We also supply initial complimentary beverage sachets.
2. The room have no view but with air cond, private TV & also with a remote control ceiling fan with lighting. Bathroom have hot water system & we supply initial complimentary toiletries.
3. Complimentary unlimited high speed Wi-Fi internet access for guest stay on or less than 7 nights. Complimentary free 1 open air guest car parking for guest stay less than 3 nights.
4. 24 hour access with security key-card, 24 hour CCTV condo security & securities guard house
5. This is a sharing unit with total 5 bedrooms. We provide sharing Kitchen furnished with fridge, microwave, electrical water kettle, tap water filter, personal room kitchen storage cabinet. Cooking & laundry usage are allowed only for guest stay more than 6 nights.
6. Outdoor Condo facilities including the Pool, Gymnasium, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Ping Pong Table, Tennis Court, and Sauna
7. Indoor Condo Restaurants, 24 Hours convenient stores (7-eleven and KK Supermarket), Hairdresser, Body & Foot Massages, Garden
8. MYR 400 Inventories lost and damages refundable deposit are required upon check-in to serve as bond for guest stay less than 1 month.
9. Check in 4pm, check out 12pm
10. Agreement Signing and photocopy of passport or Malaysian ID is require upon check in.
11. Additional fees and charges may applied and subject to change without prior notices.

General Policies
This property is independently operated by Flexistay Services. It is a private master bedroom of a 5 bedrooms apartment and therefore does not have a check-in counter. The Property Manager will arrange a session of 'Meet & Greet' for entrance access card handover, signing of rental agreement and familiarization of the property. You will have access to the team contact details in case of any query of the property once you secured this booking. Please contact the Flexistay Services team directly minimum 24 hours prior to your arrival for key collection as the property does not have any reception.
Owner sponsored electricity usage. Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con, lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay.
One outdoor guest parking lot is provided for guest stay less than 3 nights, Additional parking lot is available on requests for MYR 10 per night and is subject to availability..
In the event of any damages and lost to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or lost is required. The deposits are return to guests via:
- Bank transfer within 7 working days after guests check out (final check out statement will be provided)
Early check-in or check-out (before or after normal office hours) will impose additional charges.
