ONE PRICE FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE!! 8 people maximum at our property. **pricing is per night, no adds for additional people up to 8 maximum, rare find for 2000+ sq ft 4 BEDROOMS & 2 LARGE BATHROOMS** ideal location for Pittsburg NH fishing & 'ride the wild' atv adventures!!- First Connecticut lake boat access is approx .5 mile!! We are located 1.5 miles north of Youngs General store right across from 1st Connecticut lake. 'ride the wilds' atv trail for 1000+ miles, Pittsburg access & parking is less than 2 miles from your doorstep! Physical address is 126 Maple Mountain Rd Pittsburg, NH. In the winter snowmobile from your front door to hundreds of miles of NH state snowmobile trails. The RT 3 border crossing to Canada is approx 15 miles north of us. 'moose alley' begins within a mile north of us. Viewing moose is always a popular attraction! Two small general stores are within 1.5 miles (Treats & Treasures, Youngs General Store).

Loons on the lake can also be heard from your windows in the summer. Wildlife viewing is also very popular, chances are great you will see many deer in this region! We also offer internet as well as a phone for USA/Canada at no addition charge. Buck rub pub (a local restaurant/pub with legendary status :) is also approx 5 miles to the south. We are located right off RT 3 (approx 600') so we are easily found!

Very large modern lake & mountain view Log Cedar sided Cape with 2 large bathrooms w/ showers & 4 bedrooms!! New large capacity front load washer & dryer!! Why 'rough it' when after playing all day you can come home without all rushing for 1 shower, relax & enjoy the best views in the north country!!

This is a modern property with all the conveniences! Large living room - 50"+/- flat screen in Living room and another in the MBR, Satellite TV, internet, WiFi, phone w/ free USA/Canada calling, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, Gas Range, LARGE SS Refrigerator (ice & filtered water), large dining room w/ table & chairs, Gas fireplace in living room (winter use only), Electric fireplace in MBR. Incredible views of 1st Connecticut lake & the Mountains!! Glass sliders are locked during winter so balcony is closed during winter due to snow and ice!

Why stay elsewhere with no views, less space & pay more??!!

Down stairs is open plan with 3 large sliders- complete eastern view of 1st CT lake & mountains.

Most furniture and beds are new for year 2020

new (year 2020) large capacity HE washer & dryer, easy access on first floor.

Much of furnishings in home are also new for 2020.

HOT TUB ON THE DECK IS NOT INCLUDED FOR USE WITH HOME RENTAL. HOT TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE- INOPERATIVE.

Located approx 600' off RT 3 approx 1.5miles past Youngs General Store across from mile marker 227.2

Pet policy: 1 Dog (well behaved & trained) is a $89 add (please contact us for payment). Maximum of 1 dog & MUST be well mannered. NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDDING AT ANY TIME. We will invoice this fee separately! Send us your contact information upon booking if you have a pet!
