Description
Tropical Gardens (TG14) is a 3 bedroom villa in the Plai Laem area of Koh Samui close to Chong Mon and Bhoput. Just 15 minutes from the airport, the main resort area of Chaweng and the very popular Fisherman's village which is lined by old wooden Chinese shop-houses and has a large choice of bars, restaurants and boutique shops. The house has 2 double bedrooms, and one twin and offers a luxurious way for any family or group to experience the best of what Koh Samui has to offer.
The Master Bedroom features fitted wardrobes along with in-room safe and large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and twin handbasins . Another wonderful feature is direct access to the large upstairs balcony with stunning views out across Ban Rak Bay, Big Buddah & Islands beyond.
The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and direct access to the balcony upper, whilst the third bedroom is a twin bedded room with its own wardrobe space. There is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and handbasin. All bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans for complete comfort in the hot Koh Samui climate.
Downstairs is completely open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, living area and cloak room. A large, cool area which provides comfort and entertainment when taking a rest from the wonderful weather.
Outside there is a lower balcony looking out onto the gardens and the property is managed with maid service to suit your needs and make sure your villa holiday is a stress free one.
500 meters from the villa is a communal freeform swimming pool adjacent to the quiet beach and there is a popular beachside Thai restaurant 50 meters further along the beach.
