Description

This is undoubtedly one of the most impressive Lanzarote villas you will find. Not only does it have a large south facing sun terrace with private heated swimming pool, the owners have added a roof terrace complete with jacuzzi. The views from this roof terrace are fantastic with the sea and Fuerteventura on one side and the Montana Roja volcano on the other. Another great feature is the comfortable settee and chairs under the pergola by the pool - a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine! Inside the villa is equally impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The lounge has a TV with DVD and Internet TV system (including all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports/BT Sports & Movie Channels) + collection of DVDs/CDs. There is Wi-Fi internet and an X-box + games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room as well as outside table and chairs if you prefer to eat outside. A truly luxurious villa makes this a holiday home you will want to come back to time and time again.

We provide beach towels as well as bathroom towels - save weight and space in your luggage!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rob & Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
