Description

Spacious, modern villa with private heated pool, air conditioning, full U.K. and International TV package, and fibre optic WiFi. A new addition for 2022 is a separate children’s playroom that opens out onto thr outside dining and patio area. It comes complete with play tent and indoor and outdoor toys, ideal if you want to spend the day or evening relaxing around the pool area. There is also an outdoor games room with pool table, dartboard, and soft archery. Three Palms villa is licensed with the Canarian Government for holiday rentals. Completely private with enclosed garden and terrace area not overlooked by other villas or passers by. Located in a peaceful and relaxing area, just a 15-20 minute walk, or few minutes drive to the centre of Playa Blanca and the beautiful Dorada Beach. A five minute drive will also take you to the Marina Rubicon and fabulous Papagayo beaches. The villa has a large private electrically heated swimming pool to the rear (approx 7m x 4m) surrounded by a spacious terrace which includes an al fresco dining area, large bbq, sunbathing patio with sunbeds and garden. The lounge has a 4 seater and 3 seater leather sofas, fibre optic broadband, and smart tv with a large range of U.K. and international channels. It has 3 bedrooms with shutters (1 super king size, 1 king size, and 1 single with option to add a z bed suitable for 6th person). Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms, separate dining room, playroom, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer and covered Solana area with washing machine. Ideal for families or couples. Our villa is maintained to a very high standard and should any problems arise during your stay there is 24hr assistance provided by a reputable company. The villa is also protected by an intruder alarm system. The driveway has ample parking space for 2 cars. We do have a strict non smoking policy inside the villa but smoking is permitted outside and ash trays are provided. Air conditioning/heating is by coin meter (to encourage responsible usage only) low cost approx 1.5 euros to leave on in bedroom overnight. Pool towels provided. Travel cot & highchair provided at no extra cost. Electric pool heating is optional (advisable October - April) and the charge for this is £70 per week.
