Description

We are pleased to be able to offer this wonderful detached villa in the beautiful, tranquil resort of Playa Blanca. The villa is set within an exclusive development, which is the only development in Playa Blanca to offer guests private access to the seafront promenade and beach. The property offers spacious, luxury accommodation, within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and shops of the town centre.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and boasts a wealth of facilities, to the highest standard including a private 12m x 4 m electrically heated pool, and two completely modernised bathrooms to the highest standard, as well as home comforts such as travel cots, highchairs and international TV and a DVD player. The games room features a pool table, darts board and a table tennis table. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the villa.

The unique elevated position of the property offers both privacy and fantastic views of Fuerteventura from the enormous terraces that surround the pool. The ample outdoor seating provides the most beautiful setting for you to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst gazing at the uninterrupted sea views.

The two master bedrooms feature king size beds, whilst the single bedroom accommodates bunk beds, with a further single bed (which also has a pull out bed beneath it!). The fourth bedroom provides a further two single beds.

All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, which may also act as heating during the cooler winter nights. The villa is really set up as a home from home, with every imaginable comfort provided to make your stay an exceptional one....We have even left a selection of our favourite books and DVDS (both adults and children's) to further enhance your evening's relaxation.

“Fantastic villa”

We had an amazing 2 weeks in Casa Jemma, perfection location , very relaxing and short walk to local restaurants and beach . Very easy walk along the seafront into centre of playa blanca. Pool is a great size for everyone to enjoy and big bonus having the indoor games room when it got too hot! All round a great villa, thank you.

“Perfect location”

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Great location with sea front access and fully equipped. Although not needed often the air con is brilliant and free which is pretty unheard of these days. Owners have been great and when asking if we could have a late check out (if it wasn’t booked) they instantly said yes. So helpful when you’re a family of 5 flying late at night. We can now enjoy our last day.

“Lovely Villa, relaxing holiday!”

We have just spent a week at this lovely villa. 2 adults with 4 teenagers. Very relaxing with everything you would need. Fantastic pool! Location was great too, very quiet in secure complex. A beautiful walk along the sea front to restaurants either way. We took a leisurely costal walk into Player Blanca a few times, took about 20 to 30 mins, with a taxi back about 4 euros. Plenty of space in the villa for us all. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated from the pictures and lovely. Very clean, beds comfy. Spectra were great when we had a problem with WiFi and quickly sorted. Michelle and Paul friendly and helpful prior to holiday. We hope to return.

“Perfect”

Just back from a fantastic stay in Casa Jemma, absolutely stunning property in an ideal location. Loads of room even for 7 of us, lovely sheltered areas for relaxing and eating,the games room got plenty of use from my two teenage boys and the pool is the best we've ever had. We stayed for 10 days and we had 3 towel changes, a bed change and the pool company came twice to check it. There is a lovely walk along the promenade in the evening to restaurants and shops it took about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.
