THIS VILLA has been owned by Paul and Christine Collins since the year 1995 and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.
You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.

Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.
Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower & toilets for your use. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.
The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.
This villa enjoys a corner plot and is an easy flat walking distance from the pool or the complex entrance. It consists of a twin bedroom ,a small bunk bedroom, shower room with walk in shower and seat. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ottoman beds which provide much storage and comfort. The bunk beds are full size single beds. Mosquito nets & security are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in the main bedroom which works on a pay as you use basis, a fan in the bunk room and a portable heater is provided for the winter months if needed.
Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided and changed regularly if you need pool/beach towels they can be hired from us.
The kitchen has an oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc. and fitted granite work surfaces.
A safe, hairdryer, washing machine, live TV and Netflix are also provided for your convenience and entertainment.
The terrace has sun loungers and dining furniture, a covered pergola for shade and a robust parasol and a barbecue.
Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.
This villa is registered with Casas del Sol SL, the sole letting agent for the complex of Casas del Sol and all enquiries/bookings are the responsibility of this agent.

“We had a very nice holiday in 9d and had no hesitation in booking for next year”
The accommodation has all you will need for a very nice holiday. It is close to the pool and within 10 minute walk to the seafront and a good choice of restaurants

“ANOTHER LOVELY WEEK IN CASAS DEL SOL”
We have stayed in Casas del Sol many times & this bungalow is typical of the accommodation available. It is well equipped & is handy to the heated swimming pool & reception. It is also only a short 10/15 min walk to the many restaurants of Playa Blanca. 9D has the advantage of being near the entrance to the site and access is 'on the flat'.

“Very relaxing”
We have stayed at Casas Del Sol for may years and have found 9d very comfortable. The complex is very near to beaches,bars, restaurants and lovely walks. 9d has all we need for a relaxing stay, lovely terrace, good tv coverage and very close to the super pool. We have already booked for 2024!

“Nice Bungalow in an excellent location”
A very nice Bungalow on an excellent complex. Both the Bungalow and the pool/walkways/garden area were very clean and well kept. There were always enough sunbeds and the pool is heated to between 25-28 degrees. The Wi Fi was strong and towels changed with a clean mid week which is I think is very good for self-catering. Position wise it is ideal, the complex was quiet yet only a 5 mins walk to the main area for bars and restaurants, 2 mins to port for the ferry and a flat 25 min walk to the other side of Playa Blanca and the marina. Info provided from Lanzarote First was comprehensive and useful. We didn't need the services of reception but the guy on the desk and the life guards all seemed very friendly and I'm sure would have been no problem if help had been needed with anything. It was our first time staying here and we would return to this complex without a second thought.

“Casas del Sol, just perfect.”
We have been going to Casas del Sol for years now, the boys were young when we first went, it was a perfect place for a young family, the boys are all grown up now but we still go as a couple and it’s still a perfect place for a holiday in Playa Blanca. Within walking distance to the town, beaches, bars and restaurants, it must be the best location in Playa Blanca. The staff are friendly and helpful, the site is extremely clean and tidy, the pool is fantastic. The Villa was great, clean and very comfortable, Wi-Fi, Air-Con, good size and great value for money. Will definitely continue to return…..probably with the grandchildren next time.

“Perfect Villa”
We love this villa and have stayed there a couple of times. It's perfectly located, near to the town's restaurants and shops, but so quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool, helpful staff, and tennis courts as an added bonus. We'll definitely be back.

“Comfortable villa in a perfect location”
We have been staying at 9D Casas del Sol for a number of years through Lanzarote First. The villa provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for couples and families and is in a perfect location offering privacy. A short walk takes you into the centre of the resort. Any queries have been expertly and efficiently handled by Lanzarote First an example being Lanzarote First stepped in to help us when our return flight to the UK was abruptly cancelled resulting in us being stranded, but thanks to Lanzarote First not homeless! Always a first-class service which is why we return.
