Description

THIS VILLA has been owned by Paul and Christine Collins since the year 1995 and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.

You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.

The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a supermarket nearby within a 5 minute walk. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. We recommend a car in this location but it isn’t essential if you like a walk or there is a bus which circulates Playa Blanca and stops within 5 minutes walk of the villa.

This property is modern, and comfortable, the accommodation consists of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c., and the lounge is comfortably furnished with good lighting and a library of books, free wi fi, live TV and Netflix, are also provided for your entertainment, that’s if you can tear yourself away from that spectacular view through the picture window. From the lounge there is a circular dining area also with views, leading through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and has granite work surfaces fitted. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms + a portable electric radiator is provided if heating is needed in winter months. Air conditioning units work on a pay as you use basis.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not provided as standard but they can be hired from us if needed. Outside the secluded terrace has a covered shady area for comfort, sun loungers, dining furniture, parasol and barbecue- the terrace is quite private and not overlooked from the main house.

Occupants may have use of the private pool in property reference 34899 when it is unoccupied at a small extra cost.

Getting around

A hire car is the most convenient way of getting around the island but excursions can be arranged at local travel agents. Buses to Arrecife or Puerto del Carmen stop by the port about 20 minutes walk away, a circulating bus around the resort stops within a 5 minute walk and will take you to the port bus stop, a taxi rank is also within a 5 minute walk of the villa.

“Fabulous Villa”

This was definitely a great find The Villa is a little away from the centre of Playa Blanca but that was a plus for us as it was so quiet & relaxing! We walked a lot but the taxis were reasonable & frequent if needed. The Villa itself is very clean & fresh and spacious. The views from the balcony are amazing, such a joy to sit on at any time of the day. Christine & Paul were very easy to contact if needed & so helpful. Would definitely return & recommend to anyone.

“Spectacular views,clean comfortable villa with everything you need,”

It was lovely to return to Villa Talessa 2 after 3 years. As usual the Villa was clean and cared for. The outside has been updated and is looking great.The view from the villa is spectacular and well worth the walk.Car would be useful. Looking forward to returning next year.

“Lovely Stay, as usual”

My wife and I have been staying at this villa for about the last 5 or 6 years, pandemic allowing. For us it is a home from home. We hire a car, drive to Lidle by the airport and do our big shop, then straight to the villa. Our latest visit was for 3 weeks and we were enjoyed lovely weather as we lay on the terrace or sat in the shade with a drink. If you are looking for a restful holiday but within easy reach of restaurants and pleasant ocean view walks, book this villa - we already have for winter 2023!!

“1st time in Lanzarote”

This villa was the perfect place to be introduced to Lanzarote. It is in a fantastic location with stunning views over the bay. The villa is very comfortable with excellent facilities and a large patio from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. My husband was especially pleased with the speed of the internet.

“Welcome return”

We have spent the last 3 Christmas/New Years holiday in this villa. Just returned from another 6 weeks stay. The villa has a spectacular elevate view towards Fuerteventura. It’s in a quiet location on Montan Rioja. The villa is spotlessly clean & well maintained - servicing the villa is twice weekly. A car would be a bonus, but taxis are only 5 euros into Playa Blanca, and the local no 30 bus stop is close by, but we enjoy the walk !! We’ve already booked for December this year - says it all. “Serene and a wonderful View”

My wife and I are both retired and we have stayed here several times for 3 weeks at a time. I would recommend a hire car and Paul has organised this for us at a competitive rate. The accommodation is good quality and is well maintained. We chose to spend a lot of time at the villa having explored the island on many previous occasions. It's lovely to have our breakfast at one window enjoying the mountain view, then lounge on the private patio or sit in the small covered area with a drink and a snack. The ocean views of Fuertaventura from the patio or through the large picture frame window and stunning and I never tire of them.

“Great villa with an amazing view!”

I stayed at this villa with a friend this October and had a fabulous time. The villa is well equipped and modern but the absolute best bit is the view, couldn't take my eyes off it and never wanted to leave the terrace !
