THIS VILLA has been owned by Paul and Christine Collins since the year 1995 and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.
You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.

Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.
Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower & toilets for your use. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.
The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.
If you like being closer to the pool but without being splashed then this is an ideally located villa for you. It is on the flat and about 50 meters from the pool and 100 meters from the reception building.
The villa consists of 1 double bedroom (with king size bed), 1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room en-suite. The main bedrooms have recently been refurbished with new furniture and beds which provide much storage and comfort. Mosquito nets & security are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in both the main bedrooms which work on a pay as you use basis, a fan in the bunk room and a portable heater is provided for the winter months if needed.
Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided and changed regularly if you need pool/beach towels they can be hired from us.
The kitchen has an oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc. and fitted granite work surfaces.
A safe, hairdryer, washing machine, live TV, and Netflix are also provided for your convenience and entertainment.
The terrace is large and has sun loungers and dining furniture, a covered pergola for shade and a robust parasol and a barbecue.
Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.
This villa is registered with Casas del Sol SL, the sole letting agent for the complex of Casas del Sol and all enquiries/bookings are the responsibility of this agent.

“Great location Great villa”
The villa was well equipped for a comfortable stay .It was in a great location on the complex with a lovely view out to the harbour and sea. There is a large patio area with plenty of room to lie out on the sunbeds.The tv has a good choice of channels and good Wi-Fi connection. We hope to return next year.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN PLAYA BLANCA”
Just completed our 6th stay in this villa 33a. Needless to say we like it. It is in a good location in Casas Del Sol just up the hill from reception & close to the good size salt water swimming pool. The villa itself is a good size with large outside patio space with sunbeds.There's a lovely view of palm trees in the foreground with Fuerteventura in the background. We'll be back !

“FABULOUS”
We recently returned from 33A on Casas del Sol and miss it it. Felt very comfortable throughout our stay and everything was as per the photos. Spacious with two modern bathrooms plus plenty of storage space. Lovely patio area with comfortable sunbeds and washing machine housed in a little shed outside, plus a large table and chairs. Close to the port with various eateries and bars. Two lovely walks whichever way you walked along the front, plus an easy jaunt up Montana Roja and a longer walk to Papagayo beach. Large car park and a good sized swimming pool. Immaculate grounds and gardens. Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Can highly recommend Lanzarote First and have also stayed with them at Las Brisas. Already planning our return in 2023.

“Once more we had a lovely holiday in a lovely place”
Playa Blanca is our happy place, and we so enjoy getting some winter sun and relaxation, away from the hubbub of Christmas at home. Casas del Sol is a mature estate with well maintained landscaped grounds and a communal swimming pool. The estate is not too large, and it is ideally placed to access all the beaches, shops and restaurants Playa Blanca has to offer, without the need for a car. However, if you do hire a car there is a large car park and none of the tourist attractions are far away. This was our third year in this villa on Casas del Sol with Lanzarote First. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, they are efficient, friendly, and moreover respond to any problems immediately.

“Autumn holiday”
Just back from our 2nd holiday in this lovely villa. Very comfortable and spacious. Good position with views of the sea and gardens. Very well equipped a real home from home. Hoping to return next year.
