Spacious Canary Islands villa with large garden, patios and heated pool in Los Calamares, a residential cul-de-sac located in highly sought-after, tranquil yet central part of this delightful resort, 40 minutes from the airport at Arrecife.
Short walk to the town centre, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife, public transport. Ideal holiday/vacation location for couples and families (with kids). Not suitable for parties, groups or events, or children under 5 unless fully supervised.
All areas available to guests except storage studio/garage and linen room unless otherwise specified at time of booking.
There is an integral apartment available only for parties of more than 2 guests charged at an average £15 person/night, included in the quote. Couples may be offered a discount.

“Spacious Villa Lanzarote”
Excellent Villa, excellent location, very quiet. Before we travelled Mark was very helpful with some questions we had. Anne the caretaker was very welcoming and friendly and provided some essentials to begin our holiday. The pool was amazing very big and very warm. All the hone conforts you could wish for. We will definitely return.

“perfect villa”
What a gem of a villa, in the perfect location for beach,supermarket,shops and restaurants. Mike and Anne (villa managers) were always on hand to sort out any problems,not that we had any. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning swimming pool each day, it was like soaking in a hot bath.I defy anyone not to have a wonderful time when staying here.

“1 week holiday”
Found Mark very easy and helpful to deal with, very informative. His management team Mike & Ann were very friendly and helpful too, good knowledge of the area. Supermarket, Dino's only 5-10 minute walk, rest of town 10-15 mins, lots of good bars, restaurants with views of the sea and harbour. Villa very spacious, nice big heated pool, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sun. Would recommend for a peaceful or family holiday with no need for a car unless you want to go explore the rest of the Island.

“Great Location”
This was our tenth stay on Los Calamares estate, and Casa Rana is one of the best locations with views down to the harbour and across to Fuerteventura. The villa is at the end of the road and although the pool and terraces are visible from the road but it was very peaceful and private with only a few cars using the turnaround. There are no properties to the west of the villa and as a result the sun was on the terraces and pool until earlier evening in February. The villa is well equipped with spacious and light living area and the newly installed tv system with UK channels Sky Sports and a huge video library was reliable. Lots of mirrors and plenty of towel rails (which is unusual), comfy bed and sharp knives in the kitchen. Excellent support from Mike and Anne who look after the villa. When we mentioned there was no safe, Mike spoke to the owner and installed a new safe the following day. Although the pool was not due to be cleaned for a few days, Mike came the day after a storm to clean the pool and surrounding area. Good contact information for both the owner and management team.

“Fab villa”
I personally don't think the description of the villa does it justice. The photos of the view also doesn't do it justice. We were warmly greeted and shown around the villa. The best bits were the view, the pool plus the peace and quiet. The villa is very well equipped i.e. Washer, dryer, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, electric gate, easy parking, mosquitoes nets on windows, English Tv channels BBC and ITV. The villa is within easy walking distance to the town (no car really needed) and felt very secure. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Mark for a great holiday home.
