“amazing apartment”

clean and spacious with everything you need to feel at home. full instuctions given via email and also in the apartment. the washer is a big bonus. proper cups for a morning cuppa. plenty of cutlery and plates etc. a safe with a key to keep your valuables secure. too many tv channels to choose from including ALL english (and other languages too) channels to keep up with the news at home or to keep little ones entertained during breakfast with the disney channel. wifi kept the kids upto date with their friends. big fridge freezer. airer to dry your freshly washed clothes on the balcony. lovely open plan kitchen living area. dont bring towels as they were sat on the bed when we arrived and had cleaners come change the towels and bedding on day 5 (stayed 10 nights). beds were memory foam as well as pillows. perfect spot to watch my teenage kids in the pool from the balcony. non of us were kept awake at night with noise and only woke because of the heat of the island. beautiful view from the front landing above the Chinese and whiskey jar (both have equally good trip adviser reviews from me) and you can see the sea from the side. theres 3 shops directly underneath the apartment but the cheaper bigger shop is just around the corner near the Columbus hotel opposite the taxis (dinoprix). everything is in walking distance from the complex with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. transfers from the airport cost 40 euro return with viva and drop off and pick up directly outside the hotel. unusual pool and nice to sit around (sun loungers available from a life guard or the front office for 1 euro a day. always someone sat at the front desk with a friendly smile. already saving to return next year.

Nice apartment with a great pool within walking distance of two amazing beaches. Great value for money! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions.

“Good location close to the beach.Great pool”

Great attractions in the centre of Las Americas their are many bars/ Pubs the beach is very near by with a short walk.The apartment has space with a good size kitchen with a fridge freezer for chilled.drinks it has a balcony for sitting out with that cold drink.Their is a lovely shower and toilet with a sink/ basin..The apartment is clean and we will stay again.

“Ticks a lot of boxes.”

Small nondescript entrance masks a lovely pool and terrace area. Sunbed hire for minimal cost during the day. Central location - easy walk to all main areas. Plenty bars/ eateries nearby .Privately owned flat is probably more modern than holiday lets surrounding. Andrew ( owner) responds very quickly to enquiries. Had occassion to call on management team for a small issue and it was promptly resolved. One double and one twin room are comfortable but warm. Fans provided. The bar and club below are noisy from 10 till about midnight. As it is a busy area,, some street noise can be heard. Otherwise the flat met all my needs with the bonus of British tv channels. Balcony got the sun all afternoon. No major issues and I have re booked! Says it all!!
