Description

Las Floritas Apartments is a modern apartment complex of located in the heart of Las Americas. Easily accessible, we are located in one of the most important arteries of the Americas called Arquitecto

Fully furnished, recently renovated. It has 24 hour reception, currency exchange, restaurants, snack-bar and supermarkets. Guests can enjoy a river-style pool with sun loungers around the complex and a snack bar in the area.

We are located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, at just 500 meters from the beach, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. At 400 meters from the entertainment area known as 'Veronicas'. Just 10 minutes away from Siam Park Water Park. Tenerife South Airport is just at 19 km.

Good area to enjoy the beach, sun, day and night entertainment and cuisine.

The pool can be used from 10 Am till 7 PM

It is a Lifeguard throughout the year.

There are many excursions available including a trip to El Teide, Tenerife's volcano, or the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The front of Las Floritas overlooks the Las Americas golf course with a picturesque view of the mountains behind.

Taxi charges here are among the cheapest in Europe but should you wish to hire a car we are very fortunate that opposite the complex there is a large, free car park which always has spaces. Alternatively if you fancy seeing the island by public transport we are not far from the bus station and for great shopping a trip to the capital of Santa Cruz is a good day out.

The price includes final cleaning, cleaning during your stay is extra and costs 40 euros, payable in cash during the stay.

Well situated for bars, restaurants etc easy walking distance to Los Cristianos puerto colon and other nearby places. Apartment was o.k. Beds in main bedroom tendered to move if you turned over. Cooking facilities very good nearly all cooking utensils you would need. Bathroom/ shower good , plug missing from sink. If we needed to contact owner , he was always quick to respond. Could have done with more information on arrival , e.g. what to do with bedding/ towels etc. Could we wash them. Have stayed at places where we were told not to wash towels etc . Also other places we have stayed cleaner came in , in the middle of our stay and changed bedding etc. Would have expected similar as we paid more for this apartment than any other we have stayed in.
