Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for family or group of friends in popular Las Americas , quiet Complex Parque Santiago 2. First line of the ocean.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, towels and bed linen.
Comfortable for 4 adults and 1 small child. Baby cot available.
Apartment has it’s own private terrace with sun beds and balcony with ocean and pool views, and community pool for Your use.
Excellent place for leisure and entertainment, close to the ocean( 400m) and city centre (500m).
Will not be disappointed!.

“Great Apartment”
We have stayed in Parque Santiago 2 several times before but this apartment/duplex is great and we can thoroughly recommend it. The only suggestion we would make is that a mop and bucket would perhaps be handy. On arrival, the whole apartment was absolutely spotless. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. Outside the living room is a spacious patio with a lovely view of the pool. The pool is lovely and we were already aware that poolside sun beds and parasols are charged daily and this can work out expensive over a few days. The surrounding area is outstanding and, on the whole, quite level which makes it suitable for those who aren’t as mobile as they would like. There are lots of good eating places in the vicinity with a choice of supermarkets.

“Our happy place!”
This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment and its every bit as good as the first time. Probably better as they have had the upstairs bathroom replaced. This apartment is prime location, with a terrace and a balcony which my husband and I spent a lot of our time on between 1 o'clock until sunset! There isn't anything I would change about this apartment other than maybe extra towels for the bathroom. Hopefully we will be back soon.

“Parque Santiago 2 apartment 132”
The apartment was a ok, it was 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom , 1 shower room , 2 patio’s of which one was of one of bedrooms. We could not use shower room as when used sink in kitchen the water came back through the shower room causing a bad smell so wasn’t nice to use , also the door handle on patio door came off twice, I feel the apartment was over priced for one week as we paid over £900.
