“Breathtaking Apartment”
We have just returned from 11 simply amazing nights in this wonderful apartment. Celia was so easy to deal with during our booking and accommodated our various date changes before we finalised for 11 nights on the 3rd week in October. Payment was simple and e-mails were always replied very promptly. Our flight got us to Tenerife just before 1pm which was too early of course to get into the apartment however Celia and her husband Fekri gave us access to the apartment to drop off our cases which allowed us to have lunch nearby and then return later to key keys etc. The apartment is in a very secure gated complex called Parisio Royal. There is a pool area with loungers and a snack bar. We did not use it but it did look really nice. There are steps up to the apartment (see the picture) but they were no bother. In the back bedroom it could get a bit noisy from the local bars however the apartment is very central and well, that's what you get! Inside the apartment is simply stunning and as others have said the pictures don't do it full justice. On entering there is a kitchen with everything you need microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, plates, glasses, mugs basically the lot. Celia had kindly stocked the fridge with beer, wine, cheese, milk, bread, butter the list is endless. This allowed us to start our holiday from the minute we walked through the door. The lounge has leather sofas, large table, big TV with satellite channels and a balcony with a view that you just say wow when you step out. There are two bedrooms one with a king size Bed and the other with two singles. Both have plenty of cupboards and hangers and air con. The large bedroom has patio doors which gives access onto the balcony. In the lounge there are books, wine glasses (red and white) and some spirits left over from previous residents and yes we left some for the next arrivals. The wifi is also very good. The views from outside just get better the balcony extends onto another tiled terrace which has views out to sea and also to the mountains. There is really comfy rattan furniture and two loungers plus a shower on this area. From the terrace area there is a staircase which takes you up to the roof sun terrace and the views from here are simply breathtaking a 360 degree view. On this terrace there are more loungers and two circular lounge chairs. A drink on this terrace watching the sun go down has to be one of the holiday highlights. Celia and Fekri are just amazing, they were there when we arrived and gave us the tour you could see that they take great delight is giving all their guests a first class service. The first two days of our holiday we had very wet weather and on the third day (the first dry day) Fekri called to say that he had arranged for the apartment cleaner to come and sweep and mop of of the balconies. She did better than that she almost cleaned the entire apartment again! What a lady she is. We have stayed in Las Americas on many occasions and by far this is the best accommodation and owners which we have ever come across. It is fair to say that this is the best place that we have ever stayed. Will we be back, too right we will. Celia and Fekri thank you so much for simply making our holiday and we will see you next year.
