Description
A lovely 2 bed, ground floor, pool facing, duplex apartment in Parque Santiago 2 complex, Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife. In 2021 we have had a brand new Kitchen and Bathroom fitted along with a complete rewrire of the whole apartment. The apartment has a small walled, furnished patio and garden with a gate opening towards the communal pool area.
The complex has a pool bar that serves food and drink all day / year around.
The apartment also has a balcony from the main bedroom with furniture overlooking the pool area.
The apartment location can be accessed without climbing any stairs if required (buggy friendly ramps), several entrance and exit options and is very close to the sea (50 meters maximum) and is central with a supermarket on site and many excellent restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Siam Park is a 10 min free bus ride away, Puerto Colon marina is 20 min walk from where there are a multitude of dolphin, whales and sightseeing trips as well as a number of big game fishing trips available.
The apartment has a kitchen, living room / dining room, downstairs WC, upstairs bathroom, with shower, 2 bedrooms.
All rooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has everything you need from cutlery to towels and linen. The apartment has satellite TV with English channels, Sky news, CNN, BBC, ITV, C4, Private wifi is available in the apartment & Wifi is available in the complex for e-mail, social media etc.
The apartment is easily accessed from Tenerife South (TFS) airport in a taxi, it takes around 25 euro and 25 minutes, there is no need for a car.
This is an all year around location, and the sun shines on the patio area of the apartment until 5pm even in the winter.
A few updates for everyone, we have added a private wifi service in the apartment, also a washing machine and a fridge freezer all added April 2019.
Also new Kitchen and bathroom during lockdown.

“Fabulous”
Four women staying here.. perfect location.. beside the beach shops restaurant and bars.. walked out the back patio and the lovely inviting pool was in front of us.. savoy restaurant up the road was fantastic and great value

“parque santiago 2 -private let”
Fantastic location private let 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. gets the sun on the patio all day. overlooks a great pool area and also cafe bar on location which does great breakfasts and lunches. you can hear a lot of noise thru the walls from people returning home and going out etc buts that’s to be expected in a busy complex. very happy with my stay - would happily rebook and have recommended to friends.

“Perfect week”
Stayed here during the summer. Have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions. This apartment has the best location to the sun and pool out of any apartment I have stayed. There is a balcony in the main bedroom which has sun all day. The downstairs terrace is huge and you can walk from it directly to the pool. It also has the sun from morning until tea time. The host was so helpful and always on hand if needed. The kitchen is lovely the rest apartment could possibly be updated. But who goes to tenerife to stay inside! I would most certainly return to this apartment.

“Family holiday”
Stayed in the apartment with my husband and my son his wife and our granddaughter the apartment was fabulous right by the pool loads of restaurants by and at the back the beach with lovely bars and restaurants had a lovely week will be definitely booking again

“Amazing!!!!”
This was our fourth time in tenerife but first to stay in Pargue santiago 2 apartments. We loved everything about this apartment. Very spacious for two adults and 2 teenagers,very clean, clean towels halfway through our stay,pool area was great and excellent location. Our host Ian was fantastic. We had a late flight home so he allowed us to stay in apartment till we needed to leave for airport. I had a query when I arrived and emailed Ian he responded immediately and gave me his number in case I needed to contact him again. We will definitely be back we all loved it. Thanks again Ian we had a fantastic holiday.
