Description
The cozy and well-equipped apartment for up to 4 people is located in San Eugenio near the shopping center. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the bus station are within easy walking distance. The beach promenade can be reached in 5-7 minutes by foot.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residence (lift). The large - redesigned pool is available free of charge.
From the conservatory and the 2 rear bedrooms you have a wonderful view of the sea and La Gomera.
The large separate kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.The small room behind the kitchen includes a washing machine.
The living area is furnished with a sofa and a TV with english news channel.
In the back of the apartment there are two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath) and 3 bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds and one with 1 single bed)
The apartment includes an underground parking space which can be used free of charge.
Towels and linens are provided.
Das gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Apartment für bis zu 4 Personen befindet sich in San Eugenio nahe dem Einkaufszentrum. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte sowie die Bushaltestelle sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Strandpromenade erreichen Sie in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuss.
Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. OG einer Wohnanlage (Aufzug vorhanden). Der große - neu gestaltete Pool - steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Vom Wintergarten und den 2 hinteren Schlafzimmern hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und La Gomera.
Die große separate Küche ist wie folgt ausgestattet: Herd mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Kochutensilien. Im Nebenraum hinter der Küche finden Sie u,a, eine Waschmaschine.
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Sofa sowie einem TV mit deutschen Programmen ausgestattet; im Wintergarten befindet sich der Esstisch.
Im hinteren Teil des Apartments befinden sich zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne) sowie 3 Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie eins mit 1 Einzelbett)
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz der kostenlos mitbenutzt werden kann.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.

“Value for money”
This apartment is in ideally located for all amenities, Only 10 mins walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and tidy all utensils you need, All UK tv channels. Owner met us on arrival to explain everything and stayed close by but never had to contact her.

“Well equipped and in great position”
Extremely well equipped apartment in a great position in Las Americas. Very close to shops and restaurants, bus stops and taxis. Close to sea front and beach, very convenient for supermarket. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, comfortable bed and spacious lounge.

Nice clean spacious well equipped apartment in a good location with use of a very large private pool, close to shops bars and restaurants, what more could you ask for.

“i belong to lloyds tsb and because this is in euros the bank charged me a fee for exchanging from sterling to euros”
because i paid my deposit by debit card lloyds charged me for exchanging to euros thats put the deposit up £8.00 ok just to let people know my stay is in may 2018
