Tenerife Royal Gardens is a peaceful, tranquil resort, and all the fun and activity of this lively vacation island are only a few minutes away. Las Vistas Beach is only a two-minute walk away.

“Lovely little apartment just a few steps from the pool.”
Lovely clean apartment directly in front of pool. Very central for beach and a multitude of good restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

“Not a real 2 bed apartment”
Pros- great location, well maintained complex, fab pool with plenty of sunbeds. Cons- this apartment is originally a one bed that has been converted to a 2 bed resulting in lack of kitchen and living area. Only one 2 seater sofa no other chairs inside. No usable mirrors except in the bathroom, no full length mirror for the ladies who would like to see how they look before heading out for the evening. Shortage of bath towels and storage. Patio furniture dated and uncomfortable. No cleaner in the two weeks we were there so had to do laundry for clean bedding and towels ourselves. We looked at a proper 2 bed apartment and what a difference so guess where I have booked for next year at the same price

“Nice apartment, lovely complex”

“Decent but could be better”
This is a decent apartment however it’s dated and tired could do with a freshen up. Beds were bearable but not much else shower in the master bedroom was nothing more than a trickle and you couldn’t shower in it comfortably The living area was clean but again dated old fridge freezer, the sofa bed was old and broken which was reported immediately and fixed after a couple of days with a new one delivered. The patio area was ok but the furniture was old and not of great quality held together with tie wraps There was no WiFi at all we brought this up and nothing was done about it unfortunately The air con is a disgrace THERE IS NO AIRCON UNLESS YOU PAY €1 for 80 mins which isn’t said at the time of booking the fans in the rooms do not provide comfort in the summer heat The pool area was spotlessly clean and the lifeguard Manuel was an absolute gentleman. LILO and Floats are not allowed in the pool as per government guidelines. A welcome guide would be beneficial in the rooms providing you details of where the bins are how to work the aircon via remote etc Overall the property suited our needs (just) the complex itself is good and in a great location when everything is open and back to normal. 6/10 in our opinion

“Tenerife Royal Gardens”
Clean apartment in nice complex and we had lovely neighbours. Great location with beach, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Also a short walk to bus stops. Would definitely book again.

“Our stay”
Very nice week's stay in a well-equipped two-bedroom apartment. Excellent position only a few yards from sun terrace/pool and a stone's throw from the beach. Bars/restaurants nearby and large supermarket under 10 minutes walk away. All in all, a very pleasant and positive experience.
